Who we are

RebuildTaylorPool.com is a group of passionate Payson citizens on a mission toward reviving Taylor Pool, the gem of Rumsey Park.

An overwhelming 76% voted down a Town of Payson bond ballot on November 4th asking for $16 Million from our hard earned property tax dollars to build a fantasy pool project from scratch.

Located away from our beautiful Rumsey Park, where all the rest of our recreation facilities are located and much closer to the schools that Taylor Pool will lovingly serve, that Malibu Fantasy Pool was not of a design or cost that would have fulfilled the real needs of our community.

The defeat of that bond wasn’t the end, but the beginning of our journey. And that begins with each of us contributing time, energy, and expertise toward the end goal of a community swimming pool for Payson.
